The Menopause Puzzle® was founded by Kelly Taylor and Stella Amor. Both are experienced HR and coaching professionals. They have seen first-hand how unsupported menopause still is, at work and in everyday life.
They met while training as menopause coaches and quickly realised women were being left to figure this stage out alone, while organisations lacked the understanding to support them properly.
So they created The Menopause Puzzle® to provide practical coaching and support that helps individuals feel more in control and organisations better support their people.


Kelly Taylor
Kelly is a Women’s Leadership and Menopause Coach and HR Consultant with 25+ years in senior HR roles.
She works with women in midlife, from middle management to senior leaders, who are navigating menopause alongside demanding careers. When energy dips, confidence is shaken or performance starts to feel harder, Kelly helps women regain control and continue to lead at their best.
Blending strengths-based coaching with real-world corporate experience, her approach is practical, supportive and focused on sustainable change, so women can perform, progress and thrive without burning out.

Stella Amor

Stella brings more than 20 years of director-level experience across HR, diversity and inclusion, and leadership coaching.
Her work centres on change and transition, helping people and organisations respond to life stages with clarity and practical action.
She combines strategic insight with a strong focus on wellbeing, ensuring support is not just talked about, but embedded.
